Terms & Conditions / Reservation Agreement:

In order to provide the highest level of customer service and maximum availability to all of our clients, we follow the policy below:
 
1. You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities.
 
2. All deposits are non refundable. All cancellations must be received two hours prior to pick up time to avoid forfeiture of 100% of the total fare. No refund will be made if you do not show up.
 
3. Tolls will be added to this reservation. Actual total amount due will be calculated upon completion of the trip. 
 
4. Waiting time: For all pick-ups five minutes grace period is granted. Once the grace period has elapsed, waiting time will be charged at $.75 per minute increment from original pick-up time. If the balance is not paid to the driver, an additional wait time fee will be charged to the card used to make a reservation. 
 
5. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
 
6. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Sanitation fee is 250.00.
 
7. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicle. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law.
 
8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. 
 
9. We are not responsible for delays or the termination for severe weather conditions or unsafe road conditions.
 
10. We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
 
11. Quickie Taxi is not responsible for providing proper child/infant seats. Guardians are responsible for any children transporting in this vehicle. Florida's Safety Belt Law requires that the driver, all passengers in the front seat and all children under the age of 18 wear a safety belt (or child restraint device). Florida law requires children aged 5 and under to be secured by properly using a crash-tested, federally approved child restraint device. Florida law requires children aged 4 and 5 to be secured in a separate carrier, an integrated child seat or a child booster seat.
 
12. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
